It is beneficial for staff teams to have opportunities to build strong relationships, enabling them to access both formal and informal support within the workplace.
We all need to feel heard, acknowledged, and understood, which includes staff too.

Emotional Regulation

It is key that staff have opportunities to regulate themselves emotionally throughout the school day. Taking regular breaks, no matter how small, to reset. The more one practices these activities, the more helpful they become when needed.
