Rethink – Website with guidance around adult mental health and their local mental health offer.
Time to Change Get Involved in Schools – Website with information for schools about mental health with lesson plans, blogs, vlogs and videos to help young people talk about mental health.
General services
ChildLine – A free 24 hour confidential counselling service for young people run by the NSPCC. Website offers information, message boards and helpline. Calls to Childline are confidential, and are free even from mobiles. Calls don’t show up on phone bills. Call 0800 1111 or textphone service 0800 400 222 (not available at night).
