Healthy Minds Champions

By accessing pupil voice, school leaders can gain a deeper understanding of how their pupils experience the school culture, identify their needs and strengths, and utilise their interests and energy to contribute to school improvement.

Feeling heard, valued, and part of the school community can, in itself, build and support emotional resilience.

Having a genuine commitment to hearing from pupils and including them in school improvement will, in itself, boost the whole school’s emotional wellbeing culture.

This Healthy Minds Champions Guide provides ideas and activities as to how to establish these groups with pupils.

Healthy Minds Champions have also been established among staff, parents, and carers.
