Training and Events

This five-day course is designed for school leaders and practitioners who want to embed the key principles of the relational model into everyday practice.

The training is led by: Ian Read, Headteacher at Watercliffe Meadow and Jenny Mosley. 

For the past 18 years, Watercliffe Meadow has implemented this relational model as a whole-school approach to embed inclusive practice.

Course Structure & Dates

• • Day 1 – Golden Rules, Golden Time, Incentives and Sanctions Friday 28th November
  • Day 2 – Self-Esteem and Morale of All Adults Tuesday 27th January
  • Day 3 – Quality Circle Time and Other Listening Systems Thursday 5th March
  • Day 4 – Lunchtimes and Play Throughout the Day Wednesday 22nd April
  • Day 5 – Celebration Day and Next Steps Wednesday 1st July

Cost

• £1400 per school (includes 1 school leader + 1 practitioner place)
• Additional places: £700 each
